Rongxin company Polymer Production Workshop is located in the 4# factory building in the east factory area of Jianerkang Medical Co., Ltd., covering an area of 7000㎡. The Production Workshop is designed and manufactured according to ISO 14644 Class 8 (medical100000 level), which can meet the production requirements of sterile medical devices.

The manufacturing process of the Polymer Production Workshop includes extrusion (silicone, PVC, PP), injection molding (silicone, PP, PS, ABS, PVC, PE, TPE, PC, etc.), hollow blow molding (PVC, PE). The medical integrated Needle Box automated production line and the medicalConnecting Tube automated production line are both domestic firsts.
