Wet WipesProduction Workshop is located in the #6 factory building in the east factory area of Jianerkang Medical Co., Ltd., covering an area of 7000㎡. The Production Workshop is designed and manufactured according to ISO 14644 Class 8 (100,000-level clean workshop) level and can meet the production requirements of medical hygiene products, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals.
The production equipment includes 15T/h-2RO+EDIPurified Water System, fully automatic Solution Preparation System, pipeline disinfection system, fully automatic production and packaging Wet Wipes Production Line and Bucket Wet Wipes Production Line, Disinfectants filling production line, and Dry Wipes production line. The production equipment is all customized equipment, made of stainless steel, and automated production. The outer surface of the equipment is wrapped with 304 stainless steel, and all parts that come into contact with products are made of 316 stainless steel, which greatly reduces pollution.
